Too often it feels like graphics can be aesthetically pleasing or accessible, not both.
More than a year ago, I started on a journey to make accessible graphics that still look good.
I had to rethink how I make my own visuals and in doing so, I've developed some solid practices.
You can see five of my favorite fixes here.
I learn way more by doing than just reading an article, so I'm hosting an Accessible Graphics Workshop.
This is a place to bring something you're working on or something you've already made.
Do you have a slide presentation you've used but want to make accessible? Bring it.
Instagram graphics you'd like to re-work? Bring them.
I'll show you how I work through the process of making them more accessible.
